Bedroom 1 has a double bed, wardrobe, heater, TV, drawers.
Bedroom 2 has a triple bunk bed (Double lower, Single upper),
cabinet, heater, LED lighting.
Bed linen provided for both bedrooms.
Well equipped Kitchen area with oven, hob, sink, fridge with freezer
compartment, kettle, toaster & microwave.
Cutlery, mugs, glasses, plates, dishes all provided.
Breakfast bar with seating for 4 guests.
Living Room with large leather sofabed, Smart TV with
Netflix (own subscription required) and free fast broadband Wifi.
Bathroom with basin, toilet and shower enclosure.
Note that the shower enclosure has a fairly high step into it so may not
be suitable for all guests. Step and grab rail provided.
Towels and a selection of toiletries provided.
Free parking space available just outside of the apartment.
Guests will be given a key to access the beach via a private walkway
(only 2 mins walk from the apartment).
Also just a short walk to popular attractions such as
Brean Theme Park, Splash Water Park, Excellent Arcades, Kids Play Area &
Excellent restaurants and bars (seasonal opening hours).
Well stocked Supermarket just a few minutes away.
